Clear, plastic retainers for adults are an option for small crowding problems where arch expanders are a good way to keep children from developing a need for braces later on in life.

This method is very effective, using a wand that produces a soft vibration that gently wears away stains while leaving your enamel intact. It also uses a thinner tip allowing it to reach deeper around the gums for a much more thorough cleaning.
• Coronal Polishing: Removing stains and cleaning up the crown portions of your teeth.
• Topical Fluoride: Added to your teeth after cleaning in order to strengthen and remineralise the surfaces of your teeth.

Of course, in the office we always have some written or visual materials on hand for you to read in order to keep your teeth healthy in between visits.
